Please secure outdoor items as far as possible, either tying things down or bringing them indoors. Advice on how to secure trampolines during high winds is available online. Keep windows closed during the storm and take care when opening doors so they don’t fly open.
Please contact our customer support team to report any damage, calling us on 01403 226000 if it is urgent. For anything that can wait until the storm passes, please email hello@saxonweald.com. We expect that many gutters will be unable to cope with the volume of rain, so please only report a repair if the problem continues during normal weather conditions. We are anticipating high call volumes tomorrow, so please be patient if it takes longer to get through than usual.
