Alley Groves, Cowfold
This scheme was built by Drew Smith Limited in 2017 and consists of 20 homes for affordable rent, reserved for those with a connection to Cowfold parish. The homes range from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom houses and feature local flint detailing.
Heathwood Park, Lindfield
This site is situated near the desirable village of Lindfield, near Haywards Heath. Saxon Weald are working in partnership with Barratts David Wilson to deliver 52 homes for affordable rent and 17 homes for shared ownership. These range from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom houses. Most of these homes have now been built and let or sold, with a small number of completions occurring until March 2018.
Cresswell Park, Angmering
Saxon Weald are working in partnership with CALA Homes to deliver 10 homes for affordable rent and 39 homes for shared ownership on this site which is centrally located in Angmering. These range from one-bedroom bungalows to four-bedroom houses. Completions are occurring in phases until March 2021.
Sleets Road, Broadbridge Heath
This garage site development is being constructed in tandem with the nearby Swann Way garage site. Sleets Road will provide nine apartments for market rent. The site is located near to the village centre with good transport links via the nearby A24. Completion is expected in autumn 2018. Swann Way, Broadbridge Heath
The former garage site on Swann Way is being redeveloped to provide nine new apartments for affordable rent with a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. With the village centre a five minute walk away and good transport links, the new homes will provide much needed affordable housing for Horsham residents. Completion is expected in autumn 2018. Allocations will be made by Horsham District Council.
Pelham & Waverley Court, Horsham
This site is located in Bishopric at Pelham and Waverley Courts in Horsham. We are creating a contemporary building providing 21 new shared ownership homes, most of which have a balcony or private garden area. The development is ideally located for Horsham town centre. Winterton Square, Horsham
Ideally located within a five minute walk to the train station and into the town centre, the Winterton Court redevelopment site will provide 65 new homes. A mixed tenure development will provide:
