New developments

Turpitt Court, Horsham

We have recently completed 48 affordable new homes at Turpitt Court in Horsham. Previously an outdated retirement scheme, the site now consists of 40 one and two-bedroom flats for affordable rent (including two wheelchair designed homes) and eight two and three-bedroom houses for social rent. These new homes were largely built in partnership with Westridge Construction Limited before their dissolvement and completed by Sunninghill Construction in autumn 2024. The properties have all been allocated to households on Horsham District Council's housing register.

The Cobblers, Slinfold

This will include eight one-bedroom flats and four two-bedroom flats, with Air Source Heat Pump electric heating and some of which will have level access shower rooms to align with local housing need. The project has been financially supported by Homes England and Horsham District Council, and working with MH Architects and Sunninghill Construction.
