Saxon Weald is working in partnership with Berkeley Homes, who are the developers building the properties. The site is situated on the west side of Horsham.
Wickhurst Green, Horsham
This site is located to the south of Broadbridge Heath, just off the A24, as part of the Wickhurst Green development. Saxon Weald are working in partnership with Bovis Homes who are building the properties. Saxon Weald have a total of 64 new homes comprising of one and two-bedroom flats, along with two and three-bedroom houses. 40 of these properties are for affordable rent while the remaining 24 are for shared ownership.
Bentley Grange, Hailsham
This extra care scheme in Hailsham, East Sussex brings 45 much-needed homes for older people with care and support needs to the town. Built for £8.8million by Bouygues, the development also includes Burfield Court, which has 10 apartments for people with learning disabilities.
Adur View, Upper Beeding
Adur View is a new retirement scheme built by local contractor Thakeham. The scheme consists of 25 one and two-bedroom apartments for the over 60s. 21 of the apartments are for affordable rent with the remaining four being for Older Persons Shared Equity. There is a communal lounge with kitchenette and WC as well as spacious landscaped gardens with views of the adjacent River Adur and the valley.
508 Seaside, Eastbourne
Saxon Weald have worked in partnership with East Sussex County Council to build 18 supported living one-bedroom flats, all for affordable rent. The scheme consists of five flats on the ground floor designed for people with severe physical disabilities and 13 flats on the first and second floors for people with mental health issues. There will be a 24 hour care team on site, managed by Sanctuary Housing Association.

This rural scheme on the edge of the ancient village of Rotherfield (approximately five miles from Crowborough), is comprised of 5 two-bedroom and 5 three-bedroom family homes.
