Saxon Weald are developing a total of 14 homes on this rural exception site, providing affordable housing which would not normally be granted planning permission in this location. The development consists of eight affordable rented homes, including one-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom houses. The Rural Housing Trust are providing an additional six homes for purchase through shared ownership. Each home on the site will be prioritised to households with a local connection to West Chiltington via nominations provided by Horsham District Council.

In partnership with CALA Homes, Saxon Weald’s latest Burgess Hill development offers 16 new affordable homes; four for shared ownership purchase and 12 for affordable rent. The affordable rented units will be allocated to households on Mid Sussex District Council’s housing register.
