If you need emergency help during this time, please call 01403 226000 and you will be redirected to our out-of-hours service.

 

Emergency repairs include:

• Loss of power (not caused by the supply company)
• Complete failure of your heating system
• An unusable toilet (where it is your only one)

 

Please note, in some circumstances, our emergency repairs team will only be able to carry out a ‘make safe’ repair until we can attend again after our Christmas closure.

 

Remember, you can make payments, book non-emergency repairs, change appointments and much more at www.saxonweald.com/getonline. Please be aware that any payments made or repairs booked during our Christmas shutdown will not be processed until the new year.

 

We are always extremely busy on the phones in the first week of January, so get ahead of the queue and book online.
