    Over 55 housing

Our retirement flats and bungalows, exclusively for those aged over 55, are designed to make life a little easier, releasing you from the worry, work and expense of managing a larger home.

You get independence and privacy when you want it, with the added advantage of living in a welcoming community environment.

    Over 55 housing

Ranging from studio flats to one and two-bedroom apartments and bungalows, each property has its own front door, and is fully self-contained. The features of our properties vary widely, but all are fitted with a system for you to signal for help in an emergency.

Our developments offer a range of facilities for the comfort and enjoyment of residents. Many feature a residents' lounge, while some also have a dining room or activity area. Most developments also have a shared garden or even small private gardens, patios or balconies. There are often opportunities to socialise, however, you choose the lifestyle you want and can be as private or as active as you wish.

    Facilities vary but can include:

    • Residents' lounge
    • Quiet room / computer area
    • Dining room
    • Guest rooms (available at a small charge for overnight visitors)
    • Laundry room
    • Mobility scooter charging point
    • Communal garden
    • Off-road parking

Please note that due to the current situation surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, we are unable to send out paper copies of our retirement application form. All applicants will need to download and complete a copy of the form, which you can do by clicking here.
