To ensure the kitchens and bathrooms in our properties stay in good working order for our residents, programmes are put together to identify when an upgrade is due. If your property is nominated for an upcoming programme, we'll send you a letter to notify you. This will be followed by an inspection to confirm if a refurbishment needs to go ahead.
If confirmation is given that an upgrade is due, a plan for the works will also be carried out during the visit. At this point, you'll be given the opportunity to choose elements of the upgrade from a range of options. Please note that once your choices have been made, these cannot be amended.
