Your input and feedback is really important to us, which is why we're always looking for new ways for you to get involved and share your views.
Here are some of the ways you can get involved:
Telephone interviews
The chance to have a conversation and provide feedback over a telephone call.
Feedback surveys
This could be anything from giving us feedback on our website or sharing your thoughts on a service we provide.
Your Voice register
Join our list of customers who have expressed an interest in our engagement activities. You’ll be the first to hear about opportunities to get involved.
Green Team
The opportunity to give feedback on grounds maintenance in your area.
Task and Finish groups
A Task and Finish group is a panel of residents who get together to influence the way Saxon Weald delivers services to residents. As a Task and Finish group member, you will give an independent customer view of how our services can be improved and delivered.
To find out more about our Task and Finish groups, please read our leaflet here.
Customer representation on our Board and customer committee
We recruit customer Board and committee members as needed so that we have resident representation in our governance. Their remit is to establish and review policies, strategies and service standards in accordance with the legislation and requirements set by the Regulator of Social Housing.
Policy review group
If you'd like to have a say in Saxon Weald’s policies, you can do so through our Policy Review Group. We’ll send you an e-mail every time a key operational or customer facing policy is due to be reviewed, or when we are bringing in a new policy.
Focus groups
Customer focus groups meet with Saxon Weald, to discuss particular services or improvement programmes. They are a great opportunity to share your ideas and give us your views and opinions.
Focus groups meet and discuss a specific topic or new idea. We also offer a hybrid way of meeting, so you can get involved from the comfort of your own home if you can’t make it to a meeting in person.
Resident Community Inspectors
A Resident Community Inspector is a resident that carries out regular checks on communal areas and communal parking areas where they live, using a checklist of expected standards. They ensure all areas are maintained to an acceptable standard and feedback their findings on a monthly basis to Saxon Weald.
If you're keen to get involved, please fill out the form below. We'll keep your details on file and get in touch with opportunities when they become available. We look forward to working with you!
