Saxon Weald is a finalist in the 2026 Housing Innovation Awards. Alongside Infinity Group, we are shortlisted in the Best Use of Automation or AI in Housing category.
Over the past year, we collaborated with our partner, Infinity Group, to introduce our new customer contact system, BRIKHousing. We launched the system at the end of last year, and we already see how it improves the way we work. The AI tools streamline tasks, reduce manual steps, and free our teams to focus on delivering a better experience for our customers.
The Housing Innovation Awards celebrate organisations that lead the way in the sector. We look forward to next month’s awards ceremony, and we wish the other finalists the best of luck.
