Delivering Better Together – our plan for the next three years

During the autumn we worked with Vision One, a research company, to find out what customers thought our priorities should be for the next three years. You spoke with honesty and clarity. You told us you want safe, warm homes, services that are personal and reliable, and staff who are approachable.

 

We have used that feedback to shape our new corporate plan, Delivering Better Together.
