A new way to make your payments online
From Monday 11 May 2026, the allpay app and allpay Internet Payments portal will no longer be available. To keep making payments quickly and easily, you’ll need to switch to the new allpayments app or web portal. The updated service is designed to be simple, modern and convenient, so managing your payments is easier than ever.
How to get set up
Switching to allpayments only takes a few minutes. You can either visit new.allpayments.net or download the new allpayments app from your app store.
Once you’re there, you can choose one of the following options:
Use your current allpay username and password. Your account information will move over automatically once you’re logged in.
If you’re new to the service, you can set up an account in just a few steps.
