What's on offer:
Children will have the opportunity to give Santa their letters and tell him all about their Christmas wishes.
Each child up to the age of 11 will also receive a small gift from Santa and have the chance to take part in some festive activities.
There will also be a selection of seasonal refreshments and sweet treats - please let us know if you or your child has any specific dietary requirements at the time of booking.

- Our ‘Meet Santa’ event is for Saxon Weald residents only.
- Visits to see Santa are completely free but must be booked in advance.
- Slots are available on a first come, first served basis and will secure your arrival time.
- To ensure Santa can see as many children as possible, only one time slot can be booked per household. Saxon Weald reserves the right to cancel slots if more than one has been booked per household.
- Each time slot can accommodate a maximum of four children.
- We cannot guarantee a specific time you will meet Santa. However, it will be within the 30-minute slot you have chosen. There will be a range of festive activities and treats for children to enjoy while they wait.
- Please ensure you arrive on time for your session. If you arrive after your 30-minute slot, we will do our best to fit you in, but this is not guaranteed.
- Each child will receive one gift. Please include the age of your child(ren) attending to ensure a suitable gift is provided. Gifts cannot be exchanged with Saxon Weald for a cash alternative.
- Children must be aged 11 or under to receive a gift from Santa.
- Saxon Weald does not accept responsibility for residents’ children whilst on our premises. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Young children must always be supervised by an adult.
- As this is a family event, adults must be accompanied by a child to attend.
