On Wednesday 12 February, we’ll be changing the way we take payments over the phone. This change will help us keep your card information safe.
How does Callpay work and what does this mean for me?
Our new system uses ‘call masking’ which requires you to use your telephone keypad to enter your card details, rather than sharing your payment information with a member of the team verbally.
Please be assured that our customer support advisers will guide you through the system, but won’t be able to access your payment information.
What are the benefits?
Callpay will help us ensure we’re compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), and most importantly, help us reduce the risk of fraud by keeping your payment details as secure as possible.
