Adverse weather:  Important news for our customers.

We're currently experiencing extremely high call volumes at our customer service centre.

Boiler Breakdown


We are getting a number of calls from people whose condensing pipes from their boilers have frozen. If your boiler has already stopped working and the pipe is easily accessible outside, then pouring warm water (not boiling) over the pipe may unfreeze it. The condensing pipe is usually a white plastic pipe (about 20-25mm) that goes from under the boiler through the wall to the outside.


To prevent it freezing in the first place, please leave your boilers on low overnight during this exceptionally cold weather.
