We would like to make our customers aware that this Monday 5 March from 6pm onwards and into Tuesday 6 March there will be scheduled downtime on the self-service portal. This will mean that My SaxonWeald will be unavailable for customers to use whilst this work is carried out.
We will be using this time to add more functionality and usability to the digital platform, improving our provision of services for our online customers.
An immediate benefit will be the option to download the My SaxonWeald App which will make accessing the digital platform quicker and maintain account updates in real time.
More information will be provided on this new web app once the facility is live following the update.
