We are aware that a company called Property Krowd has been writing to social housing residents of various housing associations. Their letters ask residents to scan a QR code and confirm their tenancy information and join a community to receive updates on repairs and energy efficiency.
We want to clarify that Saxon Weald has no affiliation with Property Krowd.
We have not authorised them to collect any information from our residents. Please also be assured that we have not shared any data with them regarding you or your home.
If you receive a letter from Property Krowd, please get in touch and let us know. It’s important to safeguard your information and there is no requirement to share any details with them.
