Savills will be visiting more of our residents’ homes in the coming months. If your home is included in this round of surveys, you will receive a letter to inform you.
The surveys will help us improve the information we hold on the quality of our properties, and we will use the findings to help us plan our future investment programmes for major maintenance such as window replacements.
If you are in when the surveyor calls, we would be grateful if you could give them access. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes and there will be no need to move furniture etc.
Please note, there is no need to take time off work or wait in for a surveyor to call. If you are not in, they will simply move on to the next property.
All surveyors will be wearing a Savills identification badge.
