Earlier this month, we welcomed families into our office for our free Spring Crafting Event. A huge thank you to everyone who came along and got involved.
It was great to get the chance to engage with our residents and their children and to spread some seasonal cheer. As well as crafting activities, the children (and some of the grown-ups) were enthralled by our very own Easter bunny!
The sessions provided an opportunity for customers to discuss any issues they were facing, and for us to provide support where needed. We also invited customers to complete an estate services survey. All the feedback we received will play an important part in improving the services we provide to customers.
We’d like to extend our special thanks to Horsham District Council’s Community Support team who joined the event and took the time to speak to our residents about local support services.
