We are happy to share that Rachel McGoff will be joining Saxon Weald in March 2026 as our new Executive Director of Finance and Governance.
Rachel comes to us from the Guinness Partnership, where she has worked as Head of Financial Accounting and Reporting since 2021. She is a qualified accountant who trained with KPMG. She has wide experience in housing and charity finance, with a strong track record of leading improvements.
Rachel has shown she can deliver strong financial results and is also known as an inspiring leader and strategic thinker.
She is joining Saxon Weald at an important time as we begin our new three-year plan. Rachel will help us make sure we use money wisely, investing in both new and existing homes, and strengthening the role we play in our local communities. We look forward to the skills and fresh ideas she will bring.
Rachel shared: “I’m delighted to be joining Saxon Weald at this key moment as we begin our new plan. Keeping our finances strong and planning for the long term will be essential to help Saxon Weald deliver for our local communities. I’m excited to be part of this journey.”
