We are delighted to now be able to welcome twelve families into their new homes at Cobblers Court in Slinfold. Previously known as The Cobblers, the flats replace the outdated retirement block of bedsits that previously stood on the site. All the new homes are complemented by environmentally friendly technology. This includes air source heat pumps, solar panels and EV charging points.
This development has been a long time coming after our previous contractors went into administration in September 2023. The new contractors, Sunninghill Construction, took over last year and have been working tirelessly to deliver the new homes on our behalf.
We look forward to meeting our new residents and hope they will be very happy in their new homes.
