If you are a recent graduate and want a career in housing, then Saxon Weald is the organisation for you.

We run regular graduate schemes to recruit bright, enthusiastic people in the hope that we will develop the housing professionals of the future.

We want our graduates to bring passion, vision and drive to our business, taking much of what you have been taught and putting it into practice. But the learning doesn’t end with your degree. We make a promise to nurture and develop your skills, by providing structured, on-the-job training as well as supporting you through additional qualifications and academic development.
