Over 60s home ownership

We have properties available for the over 60s to purchase, under our low cost home ownership scheme. Often called shared equity, this allows over 60s the chance to own 75% of their own home. We then retain ownership of the remaining amount.

This provides the over 60s with the chance to release some of the equity in their homes, meaning they have more money to enjoy life whilst remaining on the property ladder.
