Resident involvement


We aim to achieve excellence. To make this possible we need input from our residents. There is no one better to advise us on the standards of homes and services we offer, than the people that receive them. 


Every step of the way, the people that live in and around our homes are taken into consideration. We consult people on decisions we make but also make it as easy as possible for residents to get involved in what we do. Whether that be contacting our customer services team, improving the areas in which they live or having a say as a member of our Residents' Action Panel, there is a level of involvement to suit everyone.

If you have never been involved with anything like this before, no need to worry. We will provide the relevant advice, training and support. We will also pay travel expenses where appropriate.

However you get involved, we value your input and will listen to your views and opinions. So together we can develop homes and communities that people want to live in.
