Performance

Because we want to provide an excellent repairs service, we set targets for each type of repair for monitoring purposes.

We aim to complete 98% of emergency, 96% of urgent and routine repairs within their target times of 24 hours, seven days and 28 days respectively.

The following table shows our repairs performance for October 2008:
