Leaseholders - Sub-letting

When you rent out your flat while you are not living there, and have a legal agreement with a tenant, you are sub-letting your property.

If you would like to sub-let your flat, you need to request permission from Saxon Weald in writing, at the following address:

There is also a one-off charge for this of £60 and we also ask that you provide us with a copy of the short-term tenancy agreement.

It is also important that you let us know your new contact details if you are moving, and the details of the person sub-letting the flat from you.
