Providing 24 hour help for anyone experiencing domestic abuse.

The Police

If you’re in immediate danger, call 999 and ask to speak to the police. If you’re unable to talk, listen to the questions from the operator and, if possible, respond by coughing or tapping the headset.

 

Clare’s Law - Domestic Abuse Offender Disclosure Scheme

This scheme provides information that could protect someone from becoming a victim of domestic abuse. It allows any member of the public to ask the police if their partner may pose a risk to them. It also allows a member of the public to enquire about the partner of a close friend or family member.
