The Regulator of Social Housing has today published the outcome of Saxon Weald’s in-depth assessment (IDA). We’re pleased to announce that we have once again achieved grades G1 for governance and V1 for viability - the highest grades issued by the regulator.
Steven Dennis, Saxon Weald’s Chief Executive, commented:
“At Saxon Weald, our priority is to help and support people in housing need, and we strive to put customers at the heart of everything we do. Our staff make that possible, so I’m incredibly proud of the hard work that has been put in across the business that’s contributed to this fantastic achievement.”
An IDA involves a complex review of an organisation, including an assessment of their financial strengths and governance, and is usually carried out every four years. You can find the strapline judgement announced today on the GOV.UK website.
