Repairs information

We’re currently experiencing a high volume of calls regarding non-emergency repairs.

To help us manage demand, please only call if you are reporting an emergency repair, such as:

 

  • A blocked or unusable toilet, where there is only one in the property
  • Total loss of electrics
  • Complete failure of the heating system (where older people, people with small children or people with disabilities are involved)
  • If the property is not secure
  • An uncontainable leak

All other repairs should be booked online through your My SaxonWeald account, which can be accessed 24 hours a day on your mobile phone, tablet or computer.
