From 1 April 2023, rent and service charge costs will be increasing in line with government guidelines.
We will send you a letter outlining how the changes affect you. If you pay by direct debit, we will be confirming the new payment amount 10 days before the direct debit is due. If you get housing benefit which is paid directly to Saxon Weald, we will inform the council of the new charges. If you receive benefits paid directly to you, you will need to notify HMRC or the council of you new rent charges on or after 6 April 2023.
