Saxon Weald has received a regulatory judgement from the Regulator of Social Housing of G1/V2/C2 following our recent inspection against the government’s new consumer standards.
We believe this reflects our effective governance, sound financial management and customer-focussed approach. We acknowledge that we have areas for improvement, including increasing our knowledge of the condition of our properties and our understanding of customers’ individual needs. We already had plans in place to address these and have made good progress since the inspection was completed. We look forward to continued engagement with the Regulator, and aspire to achieving C1 levels of assurance in the near future.
