Grounds maintenance
From 1 April, Europe's largest provider of grounds maintenance services, idverde, will be taking over Saxon Weald's grounds maintenance contract. During the tender process, idverde submitted an impressive proposal and must now adhere to a detailed service specification. Saxon Weald will have a dedicated contract manager to oversee the teams working on our sites, and our own teams will be on the ground to closely monitor their performance and complete joint onsite audits.

Cleaning
Cleanscapes have won Saxon Weald's cleaning contract for a second term. This is due to their strong performance over the last five years and their commitment to providing online services for both staff and residents. These services include up to date information on both planned and past visits, and the ability to submit enquiries online.

Coronavirus
In light of the current Coronavirus situation, both contractors are experiencing a reduced workforce. However, at present, all services remain relatively undisrupted. This will continue to be the case unless the government's advice changes.
