Important service update

Following this weekend's lockdown announcement, we want to reassure customers that we are doing all we can to keep our services running.


Our repairs service will operate as normally as possible. If you already have an appointment, it will go ahead unless we contact you to say otherwise or you need to cancel it. You can book new repairs as usual. We will no doubt have some challenges, such as staff having to isolate, but we will do our best. Please help us keep everyone safe by maintaining your distance from our staff when they are in your home. All our operatives will wear appropriate PPE and have water carriers in their vans so they can wash their hands between appointments. Please remember that if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or are waiting for a test result, you must cancel your appointment.


Gas safety checks

These are absolutely essential for your safety and, by law, must still be carried out. If you have an appointment but are self-isolating, please tell us so we can rearrange.


Customer service

Our team will still be answering phone calls, as we know there tend to be more emergency repairs needed at this time of year. However, it would really help if you could contact us by another method if your enquiry is not urgent. You can make payments, send messages and book repairs on, you can email or send us a message on Facebook.


Moving home

The government has said that home moves can go ahead, so our lettings service will be running. We will be doing as much administration as possible online to minimise face-to-face contact and appreciate your patience if things take a little longer than normal.


Help and support

This is an exceptionally difficult time for many people but there is a range of support services available. If you need urgent help with access to food or collection of medication, contact the coronavirus helpline for your local area (West Sussex call 0330 222 7980, Hampshire call 0333 370 4000). To find your local food bank, visit If you are experiencing domestic abuse, there is a 24-hour helpline on 0808 2000 247. You can call the Samaritans 24 hours a day on 116 123. Finally, if you are worried about money and paying your rent email or try the Money Advice Service.
