The revised Lettable Standard was approved by the Board in September and is now ready to go live.
It sets out what incoming tenants can expect when they move into a Saxon Weald property and focuses on meeting six criteria. As a minimum, all properties let by Saxon Weald will be:
· Safe;
· Secure;
· Clean and clear of rubbish;
· Energy efficient;
· In working order; and
· Ready to decorate.
Each of the criteria has a minimum standard and is supported by a clear specification that must be achieved before a property is signed-off as ready to let.
