Team Leader – Service Delivery
£31,428 - £39,729 + 10% car allowance.
37 hours per week, 27 days holiday, final salary pension scheme,
performance related pay and private health care option.
We need a Team Leader to support the Repairs Service Manager in
the delivery of our new in-house repairs service. Our aim is to
provide a professional, flexible and lean service where the
customer is at the heart of service delivery and improvement.
You will: Maximise the utilisation of trade supervisors, skilled
operatives and contractors within budgets; ensure consistency of
job handling and service delivery; liaise with and engage
suitable contractors for specialist work. Your team will look to
you to provide professional knowledge and expertise of general
household repairs, health and safety legislation, policies and
procedures, tool box talks and quality assurance.

Team Leader – Service Support
£26,565 - £33,800. 37 hours per week, 27 days holiday, final
salary pension scheme, performance related pay and private
health care option.
We need a Team Leader to support the Repairs Service Manager in
the delivery of our new in-house repairs service. Our aim is to
provide a professional, flexible and lean service where the
customer is at the heart of service delivery and improvement.
You will: Work with your team of customer service advisers to
ensure consistency of job handling, scheduling and service
delivery for our customers; constantly seek customer
satisfaction and feedback; co-ordinate the procurement and
delivery of tools, materials and plant equipment to assist in
the provision of the repairs service; develop and implement
effective monitoring and spend control mechanisms to ensure we
deliver within budgets, and provide PI monitoring information
and reports for the Repairs Service Manager.

working with an assistant to cook & serve a two-course mid-day
lunch, and preparing pre-ordered sandwiches for residents to
take away for their supper, at Page Court retirement housing
