Shared ownership - How to apply

Applying for shared ownership cannot be done directly through Saxon Weald. You will first need to register with the agent for your area.

Because you are purchasing a share in a property, you will also need to contact a bank or independent mortgage advisor to discuss your financial situation and arrange a mortgage that suits you.
