Over 60s housing

As you get older, you will inevitably begin thinking about the
future. This includes your housing needs or those of a relative
or friend.
Saxon Weald specialises in providing affordable, comfortable,
secure housing to people over 60, who want the peace of mind of
living in a friendly, sociable community, whilst keeping their
independence in self-contained flats.
We offer a variety of different types of accommodation for the
over 60s, which is often referred to as retirement housing. We
have schemes situated across Sussex and Hampshire, all of which
are supervised by a Scheme Manager.
For those that need additional care but would not require the
facilities offered by a specialist nursing home, we offer extra
care. This service provides 24-hour care to those who need to be
monitored or given an extra helping hand to deal with day-to-day
tasks.
