HomeFix, our in-house repairs team, is responsible for arranging and carrying out most repairs to our properties.

For gas boiler and central heating repairs call Carillion on 0800 731 1053.

Before you ask us to do a repair, make sure you know if it's our responsibility. There are some repairs that we expect you to carry out yourself.
