Changes to our repairs service

Everything is going to plan with the project to move our repairs service in-house. Following consultation with our residents and employees, the name of the new service will be HOMEFIX. We have employed Dave Haldenby as Repairs Service Manager and are currently recruiting for other roles within the team.

The start date for HOMEFIX is 3 February 2009, when our contract with Osbourne, which provides the existing service, will end.
