There are a number of ways you can make a payment to us.

Internet

Internet payments should be made to:

Payment card

You can pay your rent at all Post Offices, Pay Point, payzone and e-pay points, using your plastic rent payment card. They will take your payment, ‘swipe’ the card through an electronic register and give you a receipt, which you should keep as proof of payment. The amount you are paying is then automatically credited to your rent account with Saxon Weald.

Direct debit

If you have a bank, building society or Post Office giro account, you can pay your rent by Direct Debit. You give your bank permission to pay your rent monthly on your behalf. If you would like to pay your rent using this method, please click here. If you cancel your Direct Debit, please tell your Housing Manager immediately.

Direct Debits are collected each month on either the 1st, 5th 12th or the 19th, or you can pay weekly, every Friday for the following week's rent.

Standing order

If you have a bank or building society account you can instruct them to pay your rent automatically by standing order. You can chose which day and how frequently you would like to make the payment.

Cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Saxon Weald and sent to the finance department quoting your tenancy number and address as a reference on the back of the cheque.

Credit or debit card over the phone

Pay your rent by telephone using a debit or credit card. Simply call us on 01403 226000 and have your rent payment card and debit/credit card details to hand.

You can also pay your rent 24 hours a day by calling the Allpay telephone service. All you need to do is call 0870 2436040 and again have your rent payment card and debit/credit card details to hand.

If you pay by credit card, please be aware that your card supplier will charge you interest if you do not pay off your monthly balance.
