Exchange your home

One of the options available to people that want to move is to swap their home with someone else. This is known as a mutual exchange.

Tenants can register their interest for a mutual exchange and where their criteria matches that of someone else looking to move, then an exchange can take place.

You can view all potential mutual exchange partners using our online search facility or you can visit the kiosk in our reception area.

Once you have found a home that you would like to exchange with, simply contact the tenant living there and arrange to view the property. Once you have decided that the exchange is suitable for both tenants involved, you can apply for mutual exchange. To do this, contact our lettings department.

A mutual exchange can take place between two Saxon Weald tenants or with a tenant from another housing association. If you want to apply for an exchange to another Saxon Weald property you will need an application pack. Call us on 01403 226143 or email:
