Aids and adaptations

Although we do our best to ensure that our homes are ready for you when you move in, as time goes by, you may need us to make alterations to your home which allow you to live more safely and independently.

If you need minor aids or adaptations up to a value of £800 in your home, we will do our best to help, providing we have funds available and you are assessed as having a need for them to be carried out.

Types of aids and adaptations that we will arrange include:
 

• Installing grab rails
• Lever taps
• High level electrical sockets
