We take a proactive approach towards meeting housing needs. Our development team works
hard to ensure that we maximise our opportunities.
We are committed to being a great organisation to work with. We
work in partnership with contractors including Castleoak, Denne
and Mansell to build quality homes for rent and shared
ownership. We build affordable homes for everyone, including those with care and support needs.
We operate across West and East Sussex and Hampshire and are expanding rapidly.
While growth is important to our business, we also believe it
is important to build sustainable homes and we make every effort to reduce our impact on the environment when developing properties.
Our eco-homes in Billingshurst, West Sussex were the first
houses anywhere in the country to be built to Level 5 of the government's
Code for sustainable housing.
